This NRA course is designed for beginning shooters to become familiar with pistol shooting. It covers loading, unloading, storage and cleaning of pistols. This course covers the use of single-action revolvers, double-action revolvers, single-action semi-automatic handguns, and double-action semi-automatic handguns. It also discusses the correct ammunition to use and ammunition storage.
The time duration of the class is 4-5 hours, which includes about one hour of time on the shooting range.
This is an excellent class for those interested in target shooting, or for those who simply want to feel less intimidated around firearms.
